What is the return policy?
You have 10 days from delivery to return or exchange your jewelry if you’re not fully satisfied. See our Return Policy for details.
What discount can I get?
We have different promotions every month! Right now we're giving out a 15% discount on lab grown diamonds valued over $1000! We also have periodic discounts on specific diamonds, which we will post on our socials. Stay turned!
Do I get any gift with my purchase?
Yes! We love to celebrate your special moments with you, no matter if it's self-gifting, engagement, or gifting your loved ones. With orders over $2500, we're giving out a beautiful moissanite tennis bracelet with each order. If you're ordering an engagement ring and unsure about your size, we also send one free measurement tool to your address.
How much does it cost to customize my engagement ring?
Customization is free — no matter how you want to design your piece, you only pay for the materials (diamond and metal) and a small handcraft fee as low as $100. We’ll provide a transparent quote before production.
Are your diamonds real and certified?
Yes. All TrueCut diamonds are 100% real, lab-grown (or natural), and come with IGI or GIA certification for authenticity and quality.
When will I receive my order?
For customized pieces, we start with your design idea or reference, create a 3D model for approval, then handcraft your piece. Production and delivery take 2–3 weeks on average. (FASTEST in industry standard!)
We do have pre-made pieces available in some styles, so these ones will be shipped the next day after we received your payment, and will arrive in 5 business days (UPS).
Do you offer free resizing?
Yes. We provide one free resizing within 15 days of delivery for eligible rings.
