Design your own ring / jewelry:

Step 1: Send us any idea in text, drawing, or pictures you found, to any of our contact channels above, and we will give you a price quote. We will give you a full break-down of all the material cost and our handcraft fee for complete transparency!   

Step 2: 50% of deposit is required for us to start 3D design. We will send you 3D design for approval, and 3 changes are free to be made. (price may change if your design has major changes)

Step 3: Upon your approval, we will start making the piece. 

Step 4: We finish making your piece within 2 weeks (faster than this most of the time), and we will send you pictures and videos for approval. 

Step 5: Once approved, the rest of 50% are required for us to ship your final piece.

Our Beginning

TrueCut was founded in 2020 by jewelers who had spent years inside the industry. We saw firsthand how much extra people were paying for fine jewelry—and we knew there had to be a better way. When lab-grown diamonds entered the market, with the exact same chemical, physical, and visual properties as natural diamonds, we recognized an opportunity: make diamonds accessible to everyone.

After all, if a diamond sparkles the same and lasts forever, why should it cost more just because of where it came from?
